Magic substrates

Has anyone here tried growin on Morning Glory seeds as a substrate, or mixing it in with a birdseed 'strate? How about mixing phalaris grass with straw? What about popping syrian rue into the 'strate?

From what I've read it seems that Cubes metabolize a lot from what they're grown on, and I recall someone caliming to have grown them on Mimosa Hostilis and getting magic potencies... Is there any truth to this?

shrooms don't just change their genetics, and suck up whatever is growing around them. the harmiline in Syrian rue would not help the shrooms at all, It's a MAOI inhibitor you take it before you trip. The only advice I can give you is add tryptimines to the substrate, and even that has a lot of controversy,
