Try to figure this out

OK, I have kinda a problem. My 3 PF tek jars are going great, but I still have to build a fruiting chamber. I am stuck on a desert island with only this internet capable phone and these materials: 3 "half buckets", a small whirlwind fan, a climate controlled enviroment, a knife, a roll of plastic wrap, and a roll of tinfoil. Please help
Oh yeah these buckets are clear plastic but have no lids

Sounds good. Take the half buckets and insert a cake into each and cover with foil. Fan and mist every 3-4 hours. If the cakes dont fit, crumble and case into buckets with a plastic wrap lid. Fan and mist every 3-4 hours.

Put one cake in each bucket. raise the environments humidity to 95%. Use the fan to blow air into the buckets. If u have sand fill the buckets with a 5in layer of sand add water to the sand till it is very wet. cut the foil into squares just large enough to places the cakes on. put one cake in each bucket on the foil, use the plastic to seal the buckets to raise humidity. Use the fan 2 to 3 times a day to exchange air.

i would place 1 cake per bucket, use the plastic as a lid with a few holes poked in it and make little shallow bowl shaped containers for the cakes to sit in to keep it off the bottom and mist the walls of the bucket if you can, considering you are on a deserted island you could use a little bit of wet sand in the bottom of the buckets to help with humidity and put a couple of holes in the buckets around the top of the sand to allow for some FAE
That's just me though

Oh yeah , I forgot. I work for myself on the island and I commute. So I will be gone 9 hours in a row everyday, will that be a huge issue? Thanks for the replies! Things are looking up

as long as u have wet sand in the buckets u can get away with just drilling holes in the buckets at the level of the sand. dont expect a spectacular harvest.

if you do drill holes in it you shouldn't need the fan, just allow for some air flow around the buckets and they should be ok for 9 hours. just give them a misting and a good fan before you leave and when you get back at the very least
