Setting up fruiting chamber

Ok, so I got some 1/2 pint jars spawned and cased in two 8"x3" baking pans. Theres lots of info on the requirements/techniques for cakes, but not much for casings.
So heres the plan (let me know if anything should be changed)
Wait until most of the casing has growth and then take off the foil and move them to fruiting chamber.
My FC is a sterilite container from walmart. I was thinking of using a similar technique to the monotubs and make 4 holes and fill them with polyfill for FAE . Since my casing wont be spanning the entire bottom like a monotub , to facilitate in RH I will add some perlite/water to the bottom similar to the cake tek.
The one thing thats got me a little confused is I read that the polyfill creates enough FAE for the monotub , but I've also read that some people still fan their monotubs. I'd imagine the polyfill does allow a little gas exchange, but fanning still would be a good idea.
As for the RH , when I first move the tins to the FC I want the RH to be 95% for Pinning to set, and then after that drop it to 80-85 correct?
Thanks for the input.

you want to wait until your bulk tray is fully colonized and then wait a few more days just to be sure then move it to fruiting conditions.
that would work for a fruiting chamber just remember you dont want any standing water in with your perlite. you could also use a shotgun style fc for fruiting those trays.
some people still fan their mono's like me and some people dont. keep a fan oscilating on low in the room to aid in fae and you'll be fine.
you always want to keep your rh as high as possible dont drop it into the 80's for fruiting.

By waiting for the bulk tray to be colonized I'm guessing you're talking about the casing being fully colonized? If thats the case I've read several guides saying to move the casings to the fruiting chamber after mycelium pops up in several places (nothing about fully colonized---isn't that overlay?). I've already patched the vigorous patches and have more patches popping up. I just want to make sure I move it at the right time.
