just to be clear, "yes" means keep the balls, or "no" means snip them right? cause I just voted yes for keep the balls.
Balls are a right.

you asked two questions, when you need only one for a yes/no answer.
it would be like, "should I keep em, or cut em"
my reply, "yes"
doesn't make much sense, eh?

In my sympathy for all living matter, I would say no. On the other hand it will calm him down. And keep him from impregnating others.
Comes down to what u really want I guess.

the options make no sense, you have yes or no to choose from and ask 'should i keep em or snip em?'
Anyways, I will vote for snip em when you fix the poll, as there are enough dogs in the world for everyone that needs one, we don't need any more animals in the shelters.

I'm not entirely sure I understand how the poll is set up... yes=keep them, no=cut them?
Unless he's a purebred, a perfect example of his breed, and has a perfect personality, it's just not worth the hassle of keeping him intact. It's a pretty cheap, mostly risk free procedure, and the health benefits also majorly outweigh the risks.

If you just want a calm pet to have around for the next 10-15 yrs, I would say snip em. I swear, they'll forgive you, and it's better for them in the long run.
It's also better for the female dogs in the neighborhood.

Ha, my constant ignorance ceases to amaze me.....
Fixed
Well, I honestly think I want to snip em. There's pros and cons to both
He's very aggressive ( not mean just overly playful with his mouth and claws ). No balls might mean less him tackling me and trying to wrestle.
He gets a lot of red rockets....and when it slides back in it leaves a little " goop " on the end of his thing, which tends to rub on things...like the carpet furniture and bed.
He gets nervous and pees.
All of those seem like neutering could help.
However:
Their his balls
His puppies are worth about $500 a piece, and I live in a huge hunting area so breeding wouldn't be a problem.
I'm cheap

the cheap and easy way is just give him a handjob a day, if you do decide to circumsize his nuttsack make sure you keep them in a ball jar in the fridge, he may feel the need to look at them time to time as he everytime he see's a cute pup he will dunk his head in the toliet

soul makes a good point, your going to have to get consent before you can snip them
