i have one quart jar Pf albino, it is about 60-70% colonized but now bone dry. When it was 50 % i shook it so when i look at its not white, every seed has myc growing on it but its not covered, I know this jar is halted, and i would very much like to get an Albino Isolate from my MS inoculation. I have never tried PF cakes i started out with a monotub. The question is, is possible to use my grain to inoculate my pf jars, and if so what step,
What i was thinking was make the pf cake with w/e ratio i read, leave out the dry layer of verm on top pc accordingly, let cool . Sterilize my glovebox, put all jars in ( the Quart of wbs and 5-10 pints or half pints Brf/verm)do the grg transfer, then put the dry verm barrier on? close up and hope for the best
any suggestion or comments? if i said something way off have fun flaming

this wont work IMO. grain jars need to be shaken or should be at certain %'s of colonization. brf/verm are not meant to be shaken up.
and i would not use any spawn to do any sort of transfer if you cant get it to fully colonize. its not colonizing for a reason.
