I believe that enjoyment of beer is relatively common. What are you guy's favorite beers. I'm a fan of Sam Adams Boston Lager, Bitburger, and whatever is heavier than my peers in college drink . Do you have any suggestions to widen my experience?

I just tried Rogue's Shakespeare Stout for the first time. It's really good! It sort of reminds me of Mackeson's(sp) Triple Stout. My favorite beer is still Fat Tire, or New Belgium's Sunshine Wheat.

Same here. I dont like the "american" standard beer, or pilsner. I WANT to taste the hops and grains, not just a refreshment. Killians is always my fall back lager. If I cant find anything else, I get Killians. Its also my favorite to go with a beef steak meal. My favorite though is from LA, called Abita. After that, would be stout from a micro called Milk of the Dragon.

If you are talking about Darklord, you can't. They have hyped it up over the years into what has become a ridiculous circus-like event these days. You have to travel to the brewery on "Darklord Day" and wait in line for hours to buy some. From what I heard this year, over half the people who waited in line for 4-5+ hours didn't even get any because it was sold out after like the first 2000 people, and well over 4000 showed up, many whose only intention was to buy it to resell it on ebay.
To be perfectly honest though, its not that great compared to the hype and what some people say about it. I mean, it is a good imperial stout, but there are dozens of others out there just as good if not better that you don't have to travel to a circus-like event and wait in line for hours just to try. (or not even get to try after waiting) Darklord is, in my opinion, the single most over-hyped and over-rated beer that is available today.
But, more on topic, I can't really say which beer is my favorite, there are far too many excellent ones to chooses from. One brewery that I am really loving these days is Port/Lost Abbey. Tomme and crew consistantly put out some truly excellent beers. Their special releases are just out of this world. So far this year, three of my top ten favorite beers have been;
Red Poppy Cuvee de Tomme Angels Share
All made by Port/Lost Abbey! Hop 15, Old Viscosity, Older Viscosity (Insanely excellent!), and their 2nd anniversary IPA are all great as well.
