What ever happened to judging people individually?

I'm seeing a lot of general hate these days on the shroomery. Junkies hating on hippies, hippies hating on junkies, OTD vs. pub, yada yada..
So what my point is, why all the generalization?
Now I must say I agree with a lot of people's opinions about these generalizations, but they are just that, generalizations. I mean I've met plenty of douche bag hippies, and plenty of cool as fuck junkies, and vice-versa.
So, I guess what I'm trying to say is, generalizations suck. They're a cop-out. If you want to insult someone think up something original. Even better, tailor that insult to THAT PERSON! Something like that will get under their skin much more than some bullshit insult they know doesn't even apply to them!
You can do better people!

Because people enjoy hating things. That's the truth.
Yes there's a lot of it, there's always been a fair bit.
What's interesting is how much more of it there is when people know they are anonymous.
