How itchy am I?!?

Hello! For those who may have read my post "If you could plan someones first trip", this is merely a continuation. For anyone else... http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php?Cat=0&Board=myposts&Number=7930513&page=0&fpart=all
Last Monday nite...Feb 11th...me and the wife ate the mushroom again. Second time for her. Opposed to the first time, where I went out of my way to make a peaceful atmosphere (candles, music, incense, all that), we went "old skool" and tripped like me and my friends used to in the old days, watchin tv, hangin out, laughing at things, that kinda trip.
She had an absolutely awesome time. She laughed harder than I've ever seen, and really seemed to make even more out of the evening than she did the first time. I've got a freaking prodigy on my hands!!
Downside is, while I had a great time...it was a great time accompanied by itching, sweating, general physical discomfort, oh, and I threw up twice. Not to mention that I had to pee 17 times in the second hour alone. WTF am I doing wrong?
She says I'm "fighting" it. That I'm too used to alcohol, and have grown unused to psychedelics, compounded by the statement I've made both times "I don't feel relaxed enough", all the while she looks perfectly relaxed. As well as, she says, I'm expecting the same element and style of trip I had with my solely male friends when I was 19.
I understand thoroughly that I've been at least 2 other people since then, so I'm not the same. And she is obviously not a 19 year old guy. But I do expect the same trip, the same fun, the same reckless, lawless disorder. Well, not reckless or lawless, we're adults now. But perhaps the same conversing, sharing, opening, wouldn't be too much.
Tho really, in the past 5 years we've shared well enough, there's no new disclosures. We know what there is to know. Our beliefs were always the same....we just don't care...but thats besides the point =)
Why am I so itchy? Why am I so hot? Why do I pee so much? Why can't I relax?!? Why do I get sick??? In my younger days I ate shrooms like gummy bears, now I can hardly get them down, and I feel sick afterwards. Am I fighting it? Trying to control it? Expecting something I can't have? What am I doing wrong?
In all fairness, last time I was under the influence of a most powerful ear infection. That may explain some of the hotness and itching. But it wasn't just the last time, it was both times. I hate being itchy!!!
It's disappointing...I was worried about her having fun, and not having a bad reaction, shes been fine, better than fine, both times. I've been the one left wanting some assistance. Can anyone offer some insight? Anybody else get itchy/hot/have to piss/ not get comfortable/get sick, all the damn time??? I never thought I would say this but, if this shit keeps up, I dunno if I even wanna keep growing mushrooms...I was expecting her to say it... Damn....
Please help anyone =) Love ya!

Seems odd. I would recommend first of all plenty of sleep the night before, and getting some exercise before your trip, preferably breaking a sweat as this always calms me down quit a bit.
Also avoid alcohol, caffeine, sugar, and spicy foods before hand. Tea, healthy diet, and exercise will all help reduce stress levels and help you relax more during your trip.
Best of luck.

the events leading right up until my trip always effects me and my trip the most. I start with a big healthy breakfast and surround myself with things that will put me in a good mood. Music, Friends, maybe a hobby.
thats all the insurance i give myself, ohhhh and maybe a xanex just in case

are you in good shape? what did you eat today? IMO if you go into a trip with toxins in your body they make their presence felt.

Hrmmm....all this makes a lot of sense. Usually I eat a fairly poor diet, and I often have pretty high caffiene intake, combined with my relatively little amount of exercise, I guess that would be the problem, or at least could be. Only thing is my wife eats about like I do, as I'm the one who cooks, and gets less exercise than me. Only real difference is that she takes much less caffiene than I, and drinks less. (generally I drink 2-3 times a week, she drinks once a month at most)
I'll try a cleansing regimen for a few days before our next trip, no caffiene, no alcohol, and healthy food. That just might do it! Thanks everyone =)

that sucks man.
perhaps try a different dose? definately watch your diet carefully. exercise never hurt anyone, sweating for at least 20 minutes will clean you out of any toxins in your body. take a multi-vitamin. eat lots of green veggies and carrots. eat some good red meat once a day, preferably in the form of a steak, fajita meat, etc... better if you cook it yourself using good oils/spices.
also perhaps try cleaning out everything real good... no allergens around. maybe get an air purifier to help?
just ides, hope next time works out better, let us know!

Hehee! Definitely refreshing to see someone make a new post instead of editing =) Its good, I like it!
Yea, I don't eat anything I didn't cook. My kitchen is obviously not sterile (as evidenced by my many failed grows), but at least I know what it looks like. I can cook anything I'd ever wanna eat, so I'm good there =)
I'll be sure to post about next trip. I plan on a clean diet, and clean chemical intake for at least 48 hours prior. Odds are my wife will once more surprise the hell out of me.
Peace =)
