i want to try and grow using the riceflour cake method? i was wanting to know were can i get brown rice flour? and do i have to use a pressure cooker for sterialzation? alos wanting to know what to i put in the tray when i put the cakes in them?

were can i get brown rice flour? You can get it from most health food stores and at Piggly Wiggly among other grocery stores. Also if all else fails, you can by some online.
do i have to use a pressure cooker for sterialzation? Its the safest way to ensure a high rate of contaminiant elimination, so IMO yes use a pressure cooker.
what to i put in the tray when i put the cakes in them? Ok I assume your going to use the cake method of fruiting. Put a 2 inch layer of moist H2O2/water washed perlite in the bottom. Now on top of this you place the lids from your growing jarsonce out the jars, turn the cake over so it is growing in the same direction it was growing in the jar. Now keep the humidity at 100% and fan once or twice a day. Lower the temp to 72-75. That should get you started. I see it's your first post, Welcome aboard! bluhoney

Note: Make sure your brown rice flour is organic. Organic Rye Flour also does quite well.

I don't think it has to be organic (labeled and marketed as such) per se. What is important is the fact that the BRF is manufactured for human consumption.
