Could light be the key!?

This is my second time growing, and I have 2 huge pint cakes doing awsome in my poor mans terrarium. Humidity and temp are perfect, and white fuzz (mycellum) has covered pretty much the whole cake, BUT! no pins! only one! could my problem be not enough light!? I hardly give it any but some indirect sunlight. But the LAST time I grew em I gave em about an hour of a 2' Fluro a day... and they pinned like CRAZY! So could light be THAT important?!

Do your cakes feel dry? Just make sure your temp and humidity are where they should be and fan a few times a day. I noticed just a few pins on mine, so I put a heating pad under my terranium and BAM! They started going mad =) Good luck.

no way the humidity is awsome and the temp is around 22-23 degrees but still no pins.. its only been like 5 days since I birthed so hopefully I get more soon...
