Hey everyone. I found these mushrooms in canberra (Australia) in a grassy lawn, no trees, some kangaroos around. They were mostly in small clumps (3-4). The tops are greyish brown in a dome shape, the stems are thin and light brown. Spore print was dark brown. No evidence of blue staining when picked.
Does anyone know what they could be?

Nope and no chance you'll find any until winter. No chance you'll find them in grass, you'll never find subs with grey-brown caps, thin, light-brown stems or with brown spore prints.
Search for subaeruginosa using the search engine to find out what subs look like and when and where they are found.

I think he meant Paneolus subbalteatus (subbs) not Psilocybe subaeruginosa (subs)

Perhaps! And they are not subs nor subbs.
