I was thinkin' the same thing...
Color pics would be awesome.
There's a new printin' of one of Trout's Books (not sure which one)
It's $200 and it's hardback and in FULL color!
Check it out on the other forums!

i've heard about it. the first copies will be hardback and signed or something to fund printing the paperbacks if it works out
I still dream of finding a copy of The Cactus Family for $200

what exactly is Trout's Notes. Ive heard a lot of people discussing it here, but is it just like the ultimate cacti resource? Does it include most of the species out there? Like would it be a good field guide for identifying cacti as well?
200$ for a book is a little absurd. I wonder if the library would have a copy that I could check out for a week or two.

No, Trout's Notes on San Pedro is like $30-50.
The new book is $200 (Hardback, Color)

Oh, the entire book is on San Pedro? I was hoping it would be some all-inclusive field guide about different species and identifying them. Along with information about cultivating each species. Now that would be a book with purchasing.

Thatd be awesome if FarFromHere would do that for all of us. If not, Im going to stop by the library here this week and have them order it for me if they dont already have it, then I will do so.

Damn, not only does my local library not have it (which I expected), the library in Phoenix doesn't have it either. FarFromHere should definitely hook us up with a .pdf
I really want to get The Encyclopedia of Psychoactive Plants: Ethnopharmacology and Its Applications
