if you leave a contam jar in incubation with other jars are they almost for sure going to get contam? because i have 2 jars that i just noticed today had a little tiny yellow spot on them but the others dont so i isolted the 2 jars and put them in ther own box...and since i caught it early if i decide for sure it is a contam can i just cut it off the cake since it is just 1 TINY spot on each jar?

It increases the chance yes.
No one can tell you if your amputation will work, its always iffy when you try and carve out the contamination. I have had it work, once in a while- as IME what seems to be the general concensus about saving moldy spawn.
You have better luck chopping it up, giving it an h202/h20 dunk for a few min and useing it to innocculate a new set of jars.
Search grain to grain transfers.
Honestly, if you can SEE mold already, there is 100 times more not able to be seen with your eyes yet.

Dont open uncolonized jars and it shouldnt spread if you are properly covering your innoc sites. If its in each of the jars it was either your sterilization, your process, or a bad syringe...is it mainly near the injection sites or showing up first in random places throughout the jars?

you can remove the contamed part and put the rest of the colonized part of the cake in an FC. it will take a while to see pins but at room temp, the right humidity, and plenty of FAE they will pop up. this is a cake that stalled and had some wierd shit growing so i birthed the jar early and removd the uncolonized parts. this is about 1/4 of the original size of the cake and it took about 3 weeks in the FC before i saw any pins. its not much but better then nothing
