Question for Martha Users

Hello all~
I am redesigning my Martha setup from what I currently have. My design as of current utilizes PVC piping that runs from the cool mist then branches off to provide each tier of the greenhouse it's own feed of humidity. This setup seems to provide even distribution of humidity.
However, for my next setup I was hoping to use rubber tubing connected at the top, with another ultrasonic tube right above the cool mist. So now I would only have 2 tubes where moisture can enter, both right above the top tier. However, this setup seems as if it would only proved even/consistent misting to the top, top 2 tiers, at most. A lot of people use this setup with great results but still....curiosity.
What do you think, suggest, point out, etc.
Thanks, Take care,
I.

No Martha users, that's a little strange. Let's give it one more try.
Peace,

When I used a Martha I had the cool mist and the ultrasonic humidifier both connected to their own single input on the top of the Martha.
When the ultrasonic would go off for a couple of minutes, the whole Martha would fill with a mist. No difference from top to bottom.
Even with only a SINGLE input for each unit, the humidity stayed optimal at each level.
If I were to do a Martha again, though, I would do as you did and attach the cool mist input on each level.
The ultrasonic, ime however, would be fine with only a single input at the top. Just keep an eye out and make sure it won't oversaturate your top shelf casings.
I always aimed my input kinda to the top corner of the Martha, so excess would drip down the back and it would hit the corner and distribute over the top then fall down the the levels below.
The Martha would fill completely up with an even layer of mist.

SDP~
Thanks for the reply, I was thinking of redoing my cool mist connections because the lower ones did not seem to get as much humidity as the top ones.
Why did you get away from using a Martha?

Initially security issues that made me clear out completely, later i realized monotubs are better, imo.
Monotub is 7-8 ounces per tub, complete neglect. And WAAY bigger and more shrooms! Just amazing...
Martha is 1 - 1.5oz per bread pan, 5 bread pans per shelf, 4-5 shelfs. A lot of work, misting, dunking bread pans, mixing stuff, casing stuff. MEH i wanted a life you know? lol
I wouldn't mind operating a Martha again honestly, but monotubs definitely have their advantages. Martha's though, are quite cool indeed.
Yea the cool mist on every level is a GREAT idea, if i ever did a Martha again, this would be a must.

~In order to bring the cool mist to every layer are you guys talking about forking the tube that connects it to the Martha or? What are you using to split the tube? ~ Pixie ~
