Nope, no matter how much you have on any interval, that ecstacy is going to be there for 2 - 5 hours (for rolling).

Yep, have a quarter... the most you will feel will be like having had 8 red bulls... Wait for this (around 30 mins), and drop the next quarter. After 30 mins - 1 hour you will feel the effects, lights appear brighter, your thought is clear and centered, music sounds sharper, clearer and better, and you will feel the need to dance lol even if you can't. Now at this point decide whether you want to keep going or not, if you do... drop the last half in one go and enjoy the rest :smile:

Extra notes, chew gum or something because you will feel the need to grind your teeth, water around 500ml an hour, citrus juice destroys the high... orange juice, lemon juice some fruit juice anything with vit c i think...

BRING A GLOW STICK lol and take your ipod and put on your favourite tracks and you'll be dancing alone for HOUUUUUUUURSSSSSS

sip your water, this isn't because you can't gulp... but sipping will prevent you from taking a shit load of water too quickly, and too much would be like a liter of water or something in 5 minutes. This puts you in serious danger of practically drowning your brain (forgot the technical name).

I have never ever heard anything about citrus having any lessening effect when rolling. Infact I know many people who swear by drinking orange juice will rolling. Can you supply a study or any information that says citrus lessens a roll? Because I'm having a hard time actually believing that.

Fushock, I'm not sure what you've heard or maybe you're just having bad luck, there are alot of upper pills out there, but alot are just caffeine that people mistake for meth.

As someone else said, bring a pack of gum to chew, and a light jacket or hoody maybe. You might want to consider waiting a little longer, having a friend with you that is also rolling will improve your whole roll. Otherwise, you're just going to have all your friends staring at you for 2 hours asking how you're feeling.

Above everything else, have a fun time.

edit: drink of eat something with high amounts of vitamin c - 1hr before you roll, it will improve it alot. And go to your local pharmacy/savon's and buy 5-htp if you can. Have 1-2 pills in the morning the day you roll, and take two right after you stop rolling. 5-htp is what your body needs to make serotonin so you'll roll harder and you won't have as much of a comedown (it is also healthier for you, your brain will be making more serotonin afterwards and won't clog serotonin neuro receptors with dopamine - thats where the only damage occurs).
