Woah, what is your first question? It made little sense. Though I think it may also be against the rules. So maybe you don't want to ask that.

>what are some other good edibles that arnt hard to ID
You really should use these--> ? But anyway, that is pretty hard to say, seeing as what is "hard" to Identify is subjective.
If you want to learn to hunt a few specific edible mushrooms, the best way is to have someone show you how to hunt them. Don't cut to the chase though, and don't suggest that anyone show you their good spots. Go to a mycology meeting, and ask about edibles. Make some friends, seem interested, and try and get some contact info. Ask them if they would show you how to hunt, and what to look for some time. Be really nice, and offer to drive, etc.
Here is a list of Mycological Societies in North America. New York and California have the most clubs per state, with 8 each.

yeah i was thinking about joining something or creating one lol. something i find great about learning is you really learn how about the enviroments and can tell when your in a similar one and where to look. Tho i do like my method of drinking beer and going with vibes cause i have to say for some reason it works pretty well.

Ummm... usually you should have a LOT of time, and some knowledge about mushrooms before starting a Mycology club.... but you can try. It's be a lot easier and faster if you just went to one of those Myco Societies listed, there has got to be one near you.

yeah there probally is lol, i deffinatly like picking mushrooms tho of both nature cause at the end of the day if i dont get any magic ones at least i got a good meal and walk and had a fantastic good time. i must say tho i have way less luck doing it in a group i prefer being solo or with one best buddy, and of course the beer and funny hats. mushroom picking reminds me of an anime convention its important not to bring people that just arent into it cause they will only make you miss out on things

yeah. Its not as good when you have inexperienced people. you just have to be able to tell with out knowing, it could be just subconscious recognition of stuff or something but regaurdless it works best when i drink some beer and wander lol

well walk around at all odd times of the year, see whats growing, and make mental notes of whats not. When you find some intersting or delicious, make sure to notice where and when and remember the enviorment, and just keep on keepin on. Things will begin to make more sense as you're experience grows. It's alot like knowing where wildlife is and learning there cycles. If you're unable to hunt with people who know what they're doing then just go out on your own like you were saying, but go out alot, don't just think that you should find something delicious/active or interesting everytime you go out on a forage.

A good method. It seems to allow you to wander around, covering a lot of ground and different microclimates. A little cheeb doesn't hurt either. In Montana it's difficult to find other people who know a lot about mushrooms, so I got a start by just spending A LOT of time wandering around. Beer tends to prevent you from getting frustrated if you don't find much, and you just wander. Don't get lost though!

well speaking of exotic techniques, guerrilla hunting has worked very well, considering this one time, being chased threw a couple miles of thick thorn/black berry's after hearing loud gun shots and an encroaching chain-saw noises, but I ended up in some deep coniferous part that ended up being a porcini heaven.
