Question on FAE & timers

Hi All,
If a fruiting room were made in a basement with very thick vapor barrier on both sides of 5/8" thick water resistant drywall. Vapor barrier (using duct tape to seal the staples) the floor first, walls second and ceiling last.
The goal here would be to have a somewhat self sufficient room where entry could be a few days to a week if necessary (sometimes people need to go away for vacation, work, etc).
Two 4' florescent on the ceiling with grow lights (any suggestions on lighting? I would like to put this on a timer)
A cool mist humidifier to keep things nice and damp. This could be a large one (5gal or so) so it needs to filled periodically.
Oil filled heater to control the temp year round (a/c is possible but the basement never got above 68deg all summer)
A big question is FAE. With a window available one could make an insulated baffle plate, mount a small fan on the baffle and run it to a timer for brief intervals (say a small bathroom fan with the one direction flapper to keep the elements out just like on your dryer). Any opinions on this?
A second question would be moisture. How can that be controlled? If the room is covered in plastic the condensation will eventually drop to the floor. Can this be tile? The floor can be slightly tapered to a corner and a drain can be put in? A REALLY big concern is mold to the house. What's everyone's opinion on the above steps?
Everyone's input is valued in this theoretical discussion.
Thanks Dave

No one can help you because no one knows your environment or setup. Use some common sense and keep a close eye on everything and you'll learn more than anyone here can give you.
Do some research here on the correct temps, lighting, RH etc.. and it will be self explanatory.
Anyways, my 2cents is that making an entire room a grow chamber is just asking for mold to grow in your house. you'd have to have one hell of a sealed room to keep that from happening. Stick to large humidity tents or at least a shed or something that you wont mind being destroyed by the moisture.
