No drugs, which includes alcohol and caffeine. I will be restricting my diet and creating a regular exercise routine. I'm going to attempt to keep this up until June.
If I make it till June i'm going to try for a year.
If I make it a year i'll take a look back and see if I can permanently abstain.
Wish me luck on this one.

Never been a fan of coffee, the stuff makes me feel on edge. Exercise is a good idea, you shouldn't even be tempted to indulge in those past habits if you keep up the schedule.

Which plants/fungi/chemicals and how often?
What are your reasons for pursuing the path of abstinence. (i get that alcohol and dietary restrictions are about your health of course.)

Once a month. Reason = HPPD is gay and I don't want to aggravate it.

Alright, I realize this is sort of conterversial. Yeah, I know its possible to have fun without alcohol, and I know a person can have a social life without alcohol. It's because it comes natural when you're drinking to socialize...
If you don't drink, that's fine. But lots of people do.
