This is the bag a feather comforter came in my g/f got for christmas.

The tag was taken out, and the whole thing cleaned with alcohol (70%)

Pieces of wire hanger were bent untill broken and placed in each corner to keep the package standing up.

Hard to tell, but my hand is inside one of the two holes i cut to fit for my hands.

The tag in the first pic is held in place by a little plastic pouch. I cut the top piece of plastic in a 3 sided square like slice so it can cover the hand holes when in use, as well as not in use.

Finished poduct sitting on bed.

Coat hanger wires removed for easy storage anywhere.

Nifty little unique, original box.....enjoy and happy shroom growing

Nice job on the effort but that material will not keep out contamination especially since glove box's require a alcohol wipe/spray
you need a hard plastic/glass, no fibers.

Hopefully the bag doesn't create bellowing air that might throw off the still air.

It's pretty sturdy. I'm not to worried about moving air inside. The wires make it really tight. As far as keeping contams out, it is very, very difficult to blow through the material. I nearly passed out trying to push a little bit of air through. It was made to keep air out because when she recieved it, it was packed down tight with air taken out

it looks like a fine still-air box to me, as long as it prevents any type of air movement then it is serving its purpose. just spray the inside well with alcohol or lysol prior to each use and i think it will work out great

yeah that'll work as a still air box. it's not perfect or anything, but neither is the one I use! check my sig out...mine's made out of cardboard and it works perfect
good job man. it's good to innovate once and a while

Can you explain why the material in this gb wouldn't work but a cardboard box is used by most people as a cheaper alternative?
I use a sterilite clear plastic tub. I took bulk mayonaise containers and cut them almost in half and siliconed it over each port so I could just twist off the lid to allow my hands access then screw the lid back on to keep it sealed..
