i find the feeling of agitation usually lasts for a few hours during a comedown on acid. but time on acid feels like it drags on forever, so i might just think it's a few hours when in fact it could only be a few minutes

anyways, what i usually do is snuggle up in bed with some soft tunes playing in the background (shpongle is usually good in these situations) and after awhile your brain just drifts into daydream mode, and the next time you open your eyes it's morning!!!

i used to have a real problem with getting really fidgety when im coming down off acid. sometimes to the point where im hating myself for taking acid in the first place. but meditation is another good way to slow your thinking process down and makes it easier to fall asleep. long hot showers/baths are another good way to force your body to relax hope that helps you a little!
