First time growing, will this work?

I have never taken or grown shrooms. I just ordered some syringes and will bet them in a week or so. I plan on using the classic BRF and vermiculite mix, along with a few improvisations.
I will sterilize the substrate by microwave in some microwave-safe Tupperware containers. Microwaving for 2 minutes, then shaking, repeated about 8 times. I will do this until I have enough substrate. I would like to try the mono tub method of growing as opposed to the mason jar method. Instead of a big tub, I'll use a 25 (or so) gallon aquarium. It's one of those all in one plastic types that has a hood with a light and heater. I will cover any ventilation holes in top with gorilla tape.
I will inoculate in my 1/2 bath in my house. I'll first take a shower and wear new clothes that were sprayed with some antibacterial substance I haven't found yet. Also wear latex gloves. Next, I will remove rug and pictures from room and leave it as bare as possible. Spay and wipe everything with 10% bleach 90% water. Spray air with bleach and let sit for 5 minutes. Enter and tape door edges. spray door with bleach, spray air w/ oust. wipe aquarium with alcohol. wipe clean with sterile gauze. line bottom with sterile plastic. fill with BRF substrate. flame needle. inoculate 8 or so times in different spots. cover aquarium, tape edge, make air-tight.
I will let sit in my crawl space in my room. It's about 3 feet high and 3 feet wide with a slanted top. I will spray with oust, wipe surfaces with bleach, and set my aquarium in. I think I could do this twice with one syringe.
Any feedback or criticism is greatly appreciated. I really don't wanna fuck this up. Also, how many ounces do you think I could get from each time?

Microwave sterilization isn't very reliable.
Buy a pressure cooker if you want to do mono tubs.
You can get a plastic tub that would be the size of a 25 gallon aquarium for much cheaper. You need to drill holes for a proper mono tub and plastic is much easier to drill into.
I have never done so many sterility steps when I inoculate. I simply inoculate in a cleanish room that doesn't have any moving air, and I clean the needle between every two jars.
You need to spawn colonized grain to mono tubs I don't think your inoculating a bed of brf verm will work.
Keep reading and you will be sucessful.

I already have the aquarium, cant use a pressure cooker, microwave is my only option. I probably should do mason jars with BRF instead. I will just use the aquarium as a FC. I'll try to keep it simple and safe for this first run. If it works, I'll make a bigger harvest in the summer months.

IMO the easiest and with the best results for a noob is WBS to cior/verm casings.I've had crappy luck w/ BRF

BRF/verm sub will work just as good as any grain for spawning. You just need to make sure you use enough of it to do the trick. A minimum 1:5 ratio of spawn to bulk substrate should be used. Most people don't want to use 30 1/2 pint PF jars to spawn to a large bulk sub, which is why they use quart or larger jars of whole grains.

You can use mason jars, large drinking glasses covered with foil, or any other suitable glass containers and steam sterilize in a large pot. Remember to increase your sterilization times if you are using big containers with a lot of substrate and to keep the containers off of the bottom of the pot.

He wanted to fill the aquarium with brf and vermiculite and inoculate that. I doubt that would work, I think he is trying to skip spawning which actually does work.
