just wondering what you guys think. the picture is a quart jar of rye berries..it has been incubating at 84f. does it look fully colonized? i know there is mycelium throughout the rye, because it is all one big clump.. i shaked it up a couple times within a few days.. i got about 10 more jars like this and im wondering if i should case?
one more question -after casing and fruiting, and everthing is ideal and succesfull. how many mushrooms would one expect from a jar of fully collonized rye?

your picture link doesn't work
no one can really comment on the weight or how many mushrooms you will get with any degree of accuracy. it's completely up to the many factors to decide that, but if done right, you should get a nice haul for sure.

look at it guy! is it completely white with mycelium? If yes, wait another couple days to ensure the middle is colonized without a doubt and you're ready to go

Looks good to go, but it won't hurt to wait 2 or three more days to be sure.

if the top is nice and fluffy like a cloud and all the grains appear to be myceliumized then you're good

yea it was very fluffy and if you look closely there is strands of mycelium rooting through the rye.. i cased it so we will see how it does within the next week or so.. i got 10 more to case and about 40 colinizing. goona try different casings and experiment a bit... mycology is pretty interesting, and its exciting for me seeing though im new at this.
