anyways some of my jars are definitely colonizing but there are small areas of fluffy white growth but most of the jar is rhizomorphic growth.
should I huck these? or just give them a while after full colonization to sort shit out naturally and dunk with some bleach/peroxide?
I'd take pictures but I don't think they would help very much.

Well, i don't think you can be helped without pics.
fluffy white growth is the basic definition of mycelium, before you start discussing whether or not it's rhizomorphic.

Cobweb can be due to not enough air holes / fae in your jars. Also exvessive heat can help cobweb keep comming back.
Trich is just poor inoc proceedures (and spelling ) and bad medium preperation.
Is it more "cobeweby" or "marshmellowy" fluff? If its cobeweb you have a battle you can win- though if its trich, more solid myc looking fluf, your pretty screwed.
You can just isolate the jars and keep an eye on them- just don't flux your temps.

trich myc is white- untrained eyes can have a major problem telling the difference.
You can take out cobweb with h202 dilute. before fruiting, dunk your cake for a few hours with a little bit of h202 in the solution.

Cobweb mold is not common in jars. Why would you give advice on treating a contamination IN A JAR? Without pictures No real advice other than remove it from the rest of the jars and keep an eye on it can be given. If it is contaminated IN THE JAR, toss it, better luck next time.
