I search and i found a thread from '02 about it but they never mentioned how to do it, My gauge doesnt go to zero, the needle rest at 3 psi and only gets to 12-13 when the weight jiggles. Anyone know how to calibrate the gauge?

you need to send the gauge into a calibration shop...
like Brandom Instruments here in Seattle...
which is rather expensive.
It is alot cheaper and smarter to just replace the guage every 3 or 4 years...
or when the gauge isn't working properly.
replacement for $16.00....

as far as i know you cant calibrate pressure guages, in the paintball world we got guages going up to 4500 psi and ive never heard of calibrating it, but maybe you can at lower ranges. the best thing to do is replace it, just find out what thread size the guage is and grab a new one. http://www.mcmaster.com/ should have something for you.
this may help

I just talked to sw and they have one. I will check home depot or the air compressor place for something cheap also.

it's not about winning.
lolzz
I was a boiler tech/boilermaker for 11 years...
and had to take gauges into Brandom Instrument to be calibrated...
all the time.
They even do certified calibrations when you need pin point accuracy...
which was the case with alot of government work.
