HELP! Need quick info to kill paranoia, woke up and my incubating jars were at 60F

So my jars are inoculated and they were incubating in darkness, at 70-79 degrees perfectly for three days. Then I go to sleep, it was warm so I didn't think much of it. But I wake up about 8+ hours later and it's 60 degrees in there. Is this bad, can they die at 60, please give me some info, I already tried searching.
They are still at 60 (61.5 and hopefully rising), I got a heating pad in there, and I'm running my room heater, which takes a long while.
Fuck Florida. It's been so warm I've been sweating, and now all of a sudden it's 41 degrees outside. Which is no problem, I love cold weather, but mycelium does not.

ummm stop worrying. people repeatedly put mycelium cultures and jars and liquid cultures into refridgeration to slow down growth for preservation and later use.
growth was just slower than avg for those few hours while you were sleeping.
mycelium can only die from freezing temps and temps over 100ish.

They will be fine.
Though try and avoid huge temperature swings like that as it can cause huge air exchanges that the dry verm filter might not be able to cope with.

The heating pad is a fire hazard, discontinue use of it in this capacity immediately. Build a TiT if you want an incubator. If the jars are PFTek it shouldn't be a problem, if they are grain you would be in trouble as wild swings in temperature promote bacterial bloom quite readily.

I don't use a heating pad for incubation, just emergency cold spells like this one, this is actually the first time I've used it. Additionally, it's nowhere near the jars or the plastic box, not touching them, and I only had it on for a few hours, it's off now, temp in there is 70. I still have my room heater going though.
