One I found interesting was the one where "Time" (a song) and "Heart" (sound heard on the album at the beginning and end) were capitalized for no reason in the beginning credits.

This hurts my brain the same way that it hurts when people in the Psychedelic Experience say that "DMT is released when you die" as if it were a fact and not a theory. No one knows if Floyd did it intentionally. Except them, I guess.
roger waters himself said that its all misconception, and that they never did made the album to follow the movie
I love how old ass wives tales still live on today in the virgin youth

I was just standing outside and looked at my neighbors license plate which read 777-RXH. I then looked over at the neighbor's car with the 3 of the same digits, three in a row theme in my head and even thought 'what if I were to see one of my favorite numbers 333', and saw 540-PLV. 3+3+3=9, 5+4+0= 9! Then I felt compelled to add up and compare the letters of the two plates. (R=18)+(X=24)+(H=8)=50. (P=16)+(L=12)+(V=22)=50.
OMG, my neighbors must have parked their cars next to each other on purpose!

"Echoes" lined up with the last section of 2001 (Jupiter & Beyond)- now they compliment each other quite nicely (ish).
Yeah that's just good fun.
Personally I think Echoes and 2001 sync up better than this does. I mean, shit. How else can you explain from 11:00-14:45 in the song? It makes sense when you watch it with the movie.
Everyone do yourself a favor and set aside about 25 minutes to watch this.
I'm almost positive this was done intentionally. 2001: A Space Odyssey came out in 1968. Meddle was recorded January–August 1971. Story goes that Kubrick approached Pink Floyd about doing the soundtrack for the movie. But they had done soundtracks for 3 movies previously that had all bombed, so they didn't want to lend out their music again. Then after they saw it they said "aw fuck... that movie was ridiculously awesome" (not verbatim) and decided to record Echoes for it.

I love that shot of Dave's eye - such emotion in such a close up - that's an eye thirsty for information!
