bulk trays fruited in no greenhouse or fruiting chamber

These trays consist of coir/Hpoo/Straw/Verm spawned with WBS from spawn bags. The substrate was mixed and hot water pasteurized in pillowcase at 160ish water for 2 hours and drained for 2 days outside sitting in a metal mesh garden wagon to drain.
After laying the pasteurized sub out in the tray, which is a cement mixing tray at lowes, the spawn is added and mixed by clean hands or gloved hands. Use 2-3 Qts per tray and mix the spawn and sub thoroughly flip it all over and then even it out and give the top a slight leveling tamp. Then cover the trays with black plastic.
After the spawn runs through the trays which usually takes 1 week to 10 days, remove the black plastic and replace it with clear plastic. Cut 2" slits all through the plastic randomly to allow for air flow. Add a humidifier in the room to keep it at 80% or so. Have a light of any kind in the room now. Then you just sit back and wait for shroomies. After pins are about 1" tall you can pull the plastic off completely and let em get allot of fresh air, or just pull it off to the side so its pretty loosely holding some humidity in.
After its completely colonized and you put the clear plastic on its only a matter of 7 days till pins. Works for my friends mom.

i don't hardly ever get any contams before a first flush. After that flush i spray pretty heavily with a mild h202/water mix with a chemical sprayer and let it fruit again.
I don't see any real downsides personally it works pretty well and is a solid choice. If anyone has any more questions on the process I would be glad to answer them.
