 Just got arrested RC question

Man I had such a shitty day. I just got arrested for possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance LSD. The LSD I am almost positive is not real LSD. I'm pretty sure it is some kind of RC. I was just wondering though, what trouble can u get into for having research chemicals? They are going to test it but it might take a couple months. The cops kept asking me where I got the stuff but I didn't say any names. Will the punishment be heavier since I didn't say anything? I am hoping to just get off with a misdemeanor. Thanks for any help

yes dox are all illegal do to the analauge act same with all 2cx and 5meoamt if you get lucky the cops wont know this.

probably get simple possession, the cops cant negotiate your sentance, it's the
judges decision, respect for not naming names, you might get 2 years probation,
hire a lawyer that specializes in drug cases, cops usualy fuck up somewhere and
several hundred to him will save you a couple years of state supervision and tons
in fines and fees

Ouch man.
They could prosecute you for most RC's because they are analogs and whatnot, but probably wouldn't go through the trouble. Definitely better to be have an RC than LSD.

depends on your state, and each jurisdiction is different. If the chemical is still not scheduled, and you have it packaged for resale, or packaged in a way with out MSDS sheet's they'll get you for possession of a part drug, either with conspiracy to distribute or with intent to distribute. It all depends.

just because its not lsd doesnt mean they wont try and charge you with something. There has been countless occasions around here where people get busted for having 'rolls' thinking they were mdma, when they were infact a mix of rc's and other shit. They can still charge you with party drugs. But this all depends on where you live and the situation on hand. Get a lawyer, and tell them you were distributing. If it turns out it isn't lsd, becarefull what you say.

A guy on these message boards actually got arrested for possession of LSD also. He got most of the charges dropped because it was another lesser known and unscheduled substance. If you are for sure that it is not LSD hope that it's super obscure.
