I make no claim this is an authentic Indian dish. I do claim this is one of the best treats ever.
You will need:
Filo Pastry Nutella Peanut butter that has not been hydrogenated. cannabis or hashish. You could use oil, but seriously, there's better ways to enjoy that.
Put a scoop of peanut butter and nutella into the filo pastry. I have no idea how much I put in, this is entirely up to one's own taste
Add half a gram of your bud to the mixture, Make sure it's evenly distributed. Use whatever method you find best for turning it into small powder. If using hash, adjust as you see fit.
Fold into a triangle. There's plenty of samosa folding how to guides on the internets.
Bake at 165 Celsius (325F) untill the pastry turns golden brown. I cant remember how long this takes.
Drink Whisky
Serve!

It's not really bhang. I call them bangers. But when I give them to friends, they say "Ohh, chocolate samosas."

It would go great with some Bhang though!
Quote:
Hot Buttered Bhang Ingredients half a cube (1/8 pound) of butter or ghee 1/3 - 1/2 oz. Of Marijuana Leaves 8 ounces of Vodka 1-2 pinches Cardamom seed honey
Method In a pan, melt the butter or ghee. Break up the marijuana leaves into the pan. Once the butter and leaves are hot and sizzling, add in 8 ounces of vodka. Be careful that the hot butter doesn't make the mixture splatter. Pour the Vodka in swiftly to avoid problems. Continue boiling the mixture for roughly 30 more seconds, stirring simultaneously. Add a pinch or two or powdered cardamom seed while boiling.
Once mixture has been boiled to desired amount, strain the fluids and mash the contents through a strainer. You should use a tool like a spoon to try and squeeze all the juices out. Throw away the mush, or reboil to try and bet more juices out. Pour the liquid into two 4 ounce wine glasses.
This Recipe serves two people. This is an extremely efficient method for extracting the THC. Add honey to taste and enjoy as a hot chocolate-esque Drink!
The effects of the recipe will be felt within 15 withings. Prepare to have a good time!

Leaves, and vodka?
I'm unfortunately lactose intolerant, so I avoid using ghee and milk. I find a bit of potent bud (instead of lots of leaves, which are tasty though) mixed with coconut milk and honey does me fine.

I figured the recipe called for buds, opposed to leaves. I didn't think there was very much THC in the leaves. Plus, the only time I've ever had leaves was when a few plants suddenly, and seemingly magically , popped up in my yard. I thought about making a salad with the leaves.
I know what you mean. I'm lactose intolerant as well. Nor do I drink alcohol. Coconut milk and honey, you say? I'll definitely have to keep that in mind. Thanks! Coconut must be really high in fats?

They have that same recipe on lycaeum! Actually the traditional recipes call for fresh leaves and flower tops, so I would think that only using dried/cured buds would affect the *authentic* flavoring...and I don't think they use vodka in India and the like.
