You should have a hex wrench to get it unstuck. There will be a place to stick it on the very bottom of the disposal, make sure to run water while doing this. Put wrench in, manually spin GD motor. See if that fixes it.

Thanks, I'll try it out.
I shoulda kwneoewnd better!!!
Prior to this post I was running hot water down drain, wasn't clogged, and the GD started spinning, now I'm filling sink with water and I'm going to attempt to start GD as I unplug the sink hoping it'll clear...
These are the times I'll most likely smile about when I'm old as fuck thinking about the past and remembering how great it is to have clogged GD's, being high, drinking beer and getting advice from strangers on the internet about it though a mushroom cultivation forum...

BTW, if you read the GD instructions, they generally advise against using hot water when running these days.
My funniest GD fuck up involved my roommate accidentally dropping a full bar of soap down the drain. He couldn't get his hand down there, so he decided the most logical thing to do was just to chop it up with the GD. He flipped the switch, the whole sink and counter shook like all hell, then nothing, so he was like word. Later that night, i'm cooking dinner, and rinsing something in the sink, and my feet get wet. We get to looking around, the GD blades had literally shot the bar of soap THROUGH the housing, creating a big ass hole in the back where we couldn't see it. $70 bucks later though, we were back in business. After taking that one out though, and seeing all of that nasty stuff that was inside there, I don't think I'll ever own another one. Composters are better anyway.

Whenever something jams in my GD, I go and grab the long tire tool that comes with my small car jack.(you know the one that loosens the lug nuts). Its the perfect size to stick in the hole and press the open end against one of the blade assemblies. Give it a firm thrust in one direction and then the other. It should unjam it with no problem. Works every time for me.

It will rot and start working in about 2 weeks if you can't find the wrench.
