panaeolus cyanascens substrate- 100% manure?

should i use a mixture of manure and vermiculite or straight manure? and also will a presterilization of the manure have any negative results on the moisture, is any moisture even necessary

Straight manure is good. And yes you need moisture. Hydrate your poo to field capacity and then pasteurize it.

and it's not actual shit scooped off a field it's the store-bought manure/compost type. i sifted through it and got most of the sticks out. WILL THIS WORK?

depends on what type of manure it is. this is composted HORSE manure purchased at a store? ive only seen composted COW manure available at stores. either way, ive heard various reports but i can tell you black kow works very well in my region. people are often very skeptical of store bought substrate but i think most of the time their skepticism is unfounded.
just dont be afraid to try new things, you may find that this particular composted manure produces golden mushrooms that drop spores made of diamonds and when ingested allow you to shoot spider web from your wrists

I started a thread about this a long time ago, but I never did carry though with it. Lots if info though, if you haven't seen it.

Also, content of composted manure products like "Black Kow" varies greatly between brands, and even within brands in different parts of the country, so YMMV even more than usual.
