2nd Flush.....Cambodian, really small (pics) why?

Heres my 2nd flush of cambodian on rye cased with coir/verm/peat. First flush fruits were massive and weighing easily 2-2.5 grams each (dry). My question.....why is this flush so mini? sub depth is about 3in. 100% RH. Fanning twice daily. Misting maybe once every other day. They are finishing at only like 2.5in tall.

your first flush probably sucked that substrate all but dry. After this flush, go ahead and dunk it for a few hours, and watch the difference it makes on your next fruits.
Also, if you used a multispore inoculation method, you're not going to always get great fruits. Potency, size, and all kinds of other genetic traits can be drastically different from mushroom to mushroom. Isolates are the only way to achieve any kind of predictability from your grows.

If you're saying that you used STRAIGHT RYE for a substrate and then cased with coir/ver/peat, I believe that your first flush used the majority of the moisture. Fruit bodies NEED lots of water. When you spawn to a bulk substrate such as Hpoo, or Coir, or straw, or any combination of them together the substrate will hold lots and lots more moisture than the rye seed alone. You can see this in the picture. I usually don't notice that my substrate is starting to "shrink" and pull away from the sides until at least my 3rd or 4th flush. You had one massive flush and it's already pulling away from the sides.
