argh! clones not behaving at all :(

So I have spent months now developing the perfect horse manure hydration, the perfect LC inoculation, incubation, etc. etc. My clone tissue was taken from an early fruiter (12 days from FC to 20 gr wet harvest) that grew by itself and not in a cluster.
I get full colonization of my manure in 6 days and then case and incubate for 3 more days - also have tried NO CASING.
The trouble is that I get worthless pinsets. NONE of the fruits are the same size, most of them grown in clusters on the edges and almost none are popping up at the same time. Ultimately I think only 10% of the surface has fruit on it.
Also I get nothing in the way of multiple flushes - just some random fruits after the first flush.
I keep 80degF and 99% humidity at all times but only do fresh air fanning once per day.
It's like I wasted 3 months and have nothing to show for it. FUK I am annoyed.
Can anybody offer any advice on this?
Thanks!

perhaps you should try not using that particular clone, maybe it was a bad clone or something, try using a print or other form of inoculation, you could be dealing with some weak genetics

Just because you took the clone of a monster that grew entirely by itself doesn't mean that you'll flush big brother consistently.
You should work with a clone that is large in size, but grew consistently with other fruits.
For example:

Do not be discouraged with your failures. You have your entire existence to work them out.

Fanning one time a day is by no means acceptable to your babies. (Especially on a bulk grow!) The production of C02 is going to be steady throughout the growing process. How is your grow going to fully enter the "Fruiting" phase if one of the MAIN TRIGGERS is absent! (FAE!!!) I would make sure they got at least four to six fresh air exchanges minimum.

Had same problem for a while, I increased the water content to my casings and upped the fae and bingo. I believe in my case it was a water issue.

thanks guys I suspected the FAE was part of it and moisture another. It's very very dry here so once I get the perfect moisture for colonization, the pan can dry out if I poke too many holes or let it sit.
Prolly should lengthen my ultrasonic on-time too.

that sure is a pertie picture
