What's your record?
Can you beat 9th day in the FC pins, 19 days after spawn run began, rye to coir?

That's subjective.
I've let jars colonize until I started to see hyphae, then fruited, which resulted in pins in 3 days.

Correct. BRF/Verm with 5 Innoc holes, covered with Tyvek, Verm barrier, and jars flipped at 75% colonization. They looked like they were about to pin in the jar.

oh great. Someone is going to read this and think that something is wrong with their setup because they do not have and pins yet.

Well, it does say fastest pin in the west, implying the question is what is the fastest pin you have ever seen.
It's hard to beat a week in the FC, case and place, no re-incubation.
A smart person would know that when done right, they might see a pin after 7 days, maybe 10, that's a good thing to know those 10 days when you are stressing.
Basically, every time my foaf does it right, he sees pins on day 7, again, cased and placed, no re-incubation, no patching.
