Have a Super Week

Well now that we are done with the Super Bowl, we can get on with the real non-corporate sponsored contest. Oh wait I mean the real contest. Oh wait, ah screw it, Super Tuesday!

Twenty four states up for grabs. Two Democratic Contenders (Obama, Clinton) Four Republican Contenders (Paul, McCain, Romney, Huckabee)Six cases of good beer, and a group of political junkies it promises to be a good night. Lets try to get some real time coverage of events, and good discussion on why the results are coming out like they are.

Obama seems to be doing pretty well in the exit polls. Today could also pretty much determine whether or not McCain gets the nomination. I'll be interested to see how everything plays out.

Hillary is getting trounced tonight!

IMO suckabee’s southern wins are screwing McDole FAR more than they are Romney....

It seems like Huckabee is doing better than I would have expected. That being said he is still far short of McCain. I was quite surprised to see that Romney was doing so poorly. IMO it is still a crap shoot on both sides. I think Obama has a slight advantage over Clinton, but Cali could change all of that.

Heck even Ron Paul is going to win delegates, I guess everyone can celebrate.

Barack Obama Running on his Religion

Barack Obama distributed a flyer in which he announced the spiritual dimension of his mission, running as a "committed Christian." This caused a certain amount of consternation on the secular left.
