Casing Early Birds

What should you do w/ mushrooms which jump the gun before the rest of the casing has had a chance to colonize the casing? Should there still be a temperature drop to initialize pinning?

Can anyone tell me where a casing guide is or something so i can get an idea about how to go around using it, as people tell me its better for larger quanity of shroomys and faster growth then a terrarium ? any opinons.

If your casing is already producing mushrooms, then no cold shocking or anything is necessary. It's obviously already pinned.
