Is my personal suggestion for what the Eli-to-Tyree play should be known as, for generations to come.
What're yers?

It should be called "The Giants Shuffle"

Lucky because they made a big play in a big spot in a big game?
Or just lucky because they scored more than 14 points?

Lucky because you could start that play from when the ball left Eli's hand 10 times and I bet Tyree wouldn't catch it one other time. Which doesn't matter one fucking bit.

You could probably start it from the beginning again and he gets tackled all ten times too.
They all had their hands on him!

Lucky because of everything that went on during that play, and the play before that when Asante Samuel should have intercepted that pass.
They played a great game and deserved to win, but they still got pretty lucky there at the end.

Most victories come with luck. In a matchup of two teams playing evenly luck and who fucks up first are the only real deciding factors.

So they were lucky because the Pats had a chance to make a big play and didn't...and then turned around and made a big play themselves.
