Habitat: Wood - Growing from a mix of pine needles, Straw, and red clay.
Gills: The gill colors are mainly dark-pink
Stem: Light-pink, slightly enlarged at base. 4cm wide, some stems had rings.
Cap: dark pink to brown, 1 inch in diameter, Tiny brown spots, and felt kind of scaly.
Spore print color: A light pink color.
Bruising: Purple to a dark-green.
Location: Picked in Central Georgia

At first I was thinking lactarius, but they have whitish spores. So, it's something I'm not familiar with. They look a little rotten. I'm thinking the green you are seeing is actually mold. Good id request though mang. Stick to fresher specimens though.

my first impression just looking at the photo's was wrong, i thought they looked like the Hygrocybe andersonii that I used to find in Florida. but the spore print color and habitat you mentioned does not match up with that.
I do not have any books with me here at work, but my first *guess* would be the genus Rhodocybe judging from the habitat and pinkish spore print color.. so somewhere in there within the family Entolomataceae because of the pink spore print and overall look of the mushrooms.
if someone else does not figure it out i will have a crack at it when i get home
