Get some rye, then spawn it to the coir/verm.
If you can't get any casing materials, you can still fruit the coir without a casing layer.

I believe he already has his substrate colonizing.
I agree, Either coir/ verm in 50/50 ratio or if you cant get coir, you can use peat moss/ verm.

If you already have them, go for it, it can only help. Im not sure of the exact quantities, but use the search engine and look up 50/50 +

Oyster shells will not hurt anything so throw in like 10%.
But the lime you have to be carful with it can be hot so the first few times around you might want to leave it out or do some reading on it on your own to understand it better before you use it.
RR and many others have done countless threads on it over and over.
You will want to be able to test the ph of the soil well before you start to use the lime.

no need to mix verm with coir.
see if you can bum some coffee grounds at a dunkin donuts or starbucks.
make your bulk sub liek this
hydrated coir 80% brewed coffee grounds 20%
then 10% of that in crushed oyster shell flour(make sure its not too big)
and if you can find gypsum, another 10% of that in gypsum
but then again one can spawn straight to coir(1:3 or 1:4 ratio)
