Post a better copy if you find one. What an amazing scramble + catch.

Awesome game.

I can't believe that Samuel didn't make that interception at the beginning of that clip.

Glad to see you're handling the loss well. There's always next year.
Game was the best I've ever seen.

Maybe in a game of touch football.

I admit I really hate Ellie May Manning (any real Chargers fan does) but he did a fantastic job in the SB.
Imagine how fucking proud his parents must be: Peyton wins it last year, this year Ellie May does.
There's no wondering how the electric bill is being paid in that family.

By far one of the greatest plays of SB history.
I wonder if things would have been different if Samuel intercepted that ball.

The game would have been pretty much over if Samuel gets that interception. Pats ball with under 2 min left in Giants territory.

I don't think there's much left in the tank, Archie's up there in years.

Post it instead of asking if he wants you to.

Officials are to blow the play dead as soon as the quarterback is in the grasp and control of any tackler, or his safety is in jeopardy.

Give me one instance when that has ever been enforced. By that rule a QB with average protection would be sacked three or four times per game then usual.

I've seen it happen; no I can't cite an example. As soon as they blow the whistle the play is unalterably, unreviewably dead.

Of course everybody is aware of the "in the grasp" rule but to anyone who understands how to read the rule as it is printed above...it just does not apply there. Eli was never "in the grasp and completely controlled" by anybody.

In another thread I posted that they could have been that. Somebody didn't know the rule, I forget who. I agree that it didn't apply but I've seen it whistled that quick and quicker. Fuck the escape, the catch is by far the most impressive thing about that play. Defensive back all atangle and the ball flopping loose and he pins it against his helmet and then gets control. Try catching something between your head and your hand without anybody fucking with you. Unbelievable. The Pats were beaten by the greatest play ever.
