Trespassing issue

We moved into this house in July and we've been as nice as possible to our neighbors. We introduced ourselves and we try to wave or say hi when we see them, but they ignore us.
It isn't really trespassing in the worst sense of the word. My neighbors brother parks in my driveway whenever he visits. It's not like they don't have enough room, they park cars on the front lawn all the time. I grew up hunting on family land. My dad taught me that if we see someone on our land then they better GTFO quick. If someone asks, they're more than welcome to hunt any day of the week whether or not we are around. We never use our driveway. We park our cars in the back. He's only offending this ethical issue my Dad instilled in me.
I don't really know what to do, because I'd much rather get along with my neighbors. But I can't have them act like no one lives next door. I don't want to turn this into an active aggressive situation. I thought about writing a letter that explained my dad's ethics system.

If that doesn't work I would block them in, don't forget to use the emergency brake because most cars can be put into neutral from underneath the car, then pushed, I've done that before.
write a note, block him in, or park in YOUR car THEIR driveway. Whichever you choose will get the point accross.

how if their car is in your drive way? Theyd have to move at which point you move your car back.

id just knock on the door and be like. If you need to use my driveway id like to be asked. Simple as that. if it happens again have his car towed.

Being Straight forward is the key here. Next time he parks in your driveway, get under his car and drain the oil pan, then dump the oil in their flowerbeds. By the time his engine seizes, he'll understand why, and will never park near your house again.

Id either call them up and say you want to be asked before they park there again, and if its a constant thing you want paid for it. Or just have them towed. dont tell them where it was towed to, just say you called some random towing company to have the car towed, didnt really bother to ask where it was going or what company.

Next time he parks in your driveway, get out a bucket of soapy water and rag and wash the car.
He will either love you or hate you for it, probably both, and will probably never park there again. : )

Be certain to hang a "For Sale" sign when you get done washing it.

throw some large tacks and bent nails in your driveway when he's not there, but then always be on the lookout for the same done to you. you could strategically place alot of dog shit where he would have to step out and into it. get some orange no go cones.

Then you can block their car blocking your car in their driveway, and they will be forced to park somewhere else, obviously defeated.

That doesn't sound legal at all, and they would have no trouble catching you since it would be in your driveway.
Plus, its unwise to start shit with neighbors. You don't need them calling the cops every time they smell something funny or hear music.

why not just ask him not to park in your driveway? don't explain anything, it's your driveway. leave a note if you don't want to confront him, saying 'please don't park in our driveway anymore, thanks'.
we need pics of the situation to evaluate it further. is he blocking you in? why doesn't he park in their driveway? doesn't make sense...
