Breaking up spores in syringe

What's the easiest way to break up these few large clumps of spores you find forming in your syringes?

i believe i read in one tek that you need an air bubble in the syringe in order to shake it, what ou could to, is when yer sterilizing the needle over a flame, pull it so it sucks some STERYLE (sp?) air. That way you would be able to shake it and the clumps would start breaking apart.
