Cooker has steam escaping through over-pressure plug
    #7968664 - 02/02/08 01:09 PM (15 years, 11 months ago)

Ok, I soaked for 36 hours, rinsed before and after, simmered 1 hr, rinsed again, Drained, stuffed. Problem is, cooker seems to be leaking small shots of steam from around Overpressure plug, but its brand new and didnt do it when i did a dry run the other night. Still have massive pressure though, not rocking , but real close ya know. I'll cook for and hour and twenty. You think be ok? Or just normal operation for when 8 quart jars are inside?
