Rare exceptions
1. Mosquito's
2. Cockroaches
3. Really annoying flies
That's about it... I really like spiders and will NEVER kill one, same goes with 99.9% of bugs. I quite enjoy having a few moths in the house, they're nice insects.
same here,
i have a mosquito phobia.

We had a course (both theoretical and practical) on collecting insects in entomology class. How to catch them with the insect net and various traps, how to off them in killing jars with ethyl acetate, and how to mount them on insect pins. From a bug huggers viewpoint it was some serious insect Auschwitz going on
I can say that I don't really have a problem with killing bugs (which make up more than half of all known living organisms anyway). I mean what kind of hippy bug hugger you have to be to not to kill a mosquito that wants to suck your blood? But I don't support needless killing for joy of anything living.

I don't have a moral problem with killing bugs or anything like that, but I pretty much try to avoid it. Even mosquitoes I will just gently swat at.

I can't help it. Spiders and cockroaches are some dead motherfuckers when they come in my house and let me see them. They just freak me out too bad to allow them to share my personal space.

I kill em. There's nothing morally wrong with it, they don't even know they're alive, and many of em are gonna die in like 48 hours anyways.
I know that's rationalization but it's true, their basically little organic machines running on electrical impulse.

Me and a neighbor buddy used to turn off the lights in the kitchen, go smoke weed, then come back with a spray bottle full of iso alcohol and a lighter. We torched hundreds of roaches. One day a spider hung a dead roach about the sink.
I torched it.

There are only two insects that I will kill; mosquitoes and ticks. Other than that, if I find something in my house, I will gently transport it outside.

It's strange how in our culture we prefer to live in rooms that are sterile and 'clean', devoid of anything living except for ourselves. Anything more than that and it could be a threat or an invasion.

Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or their revolutionary right to dismember or overthrow it." -Abraham Lincoln

The thing is that sterility is just an illusion. Your body is SWARMING with millions and millions of tiny, itty-bitty living micro-bugs.
There's no avoiding it folks. We are COVERED IN LIVING THINGS.
