4 months is ridicules, i would do sum thing with that grain to grain if you want. Are these bags 100% rye?

What i've found with the bags is that there is so much room for the moisture to condense that the middle of it begins to dry, folding the top over so theres a smaller section above the rye increased the humidity alot and helped the myc come along. You should probaly try and air the bags out when you do this to ensure enough fresh air.

All rye, no verm additives, etc. For the first two weeks after inoculation I didn't have an incubator, heater went out. Other than that, been sittin pretty at 83 degrees.

thats TOO HOT. your comming close to or are killing myc at that temp. Patience is every thing. u cant rush the mush :smile:  cool it down to around 70 and see what happens.

If it's a cube, 85 is too hot. So yeah, 75 degrees. Cool it off.
