I made a mixture of cow manure compost, coco coir, straw, oyster shells, worm castings, Hi Yield Hydrated Lime, and gypsum. I'm almost finished with the pasteurization process and my H2O is showing 6.7pH. What should I do to raise the pH? Is this Ok?

Hy-Lime works fast to raise pH, oyster shell flour works slow to raise pH.

Good then. I'll wait until it is done and then test the soil pH and get back to you if it is way off. Other wise...I will post a time pictural of my growth cycle. BTW it is off of WBS spawn. Very well colonized. Thanks.

7.2 - 7.5 is optimal, some shoot for 8.
I like to have it just over 7, since my oyster flour will help raise it as the Hy-Lime wears off.

Is it a problem if my pasteurization went over 180 degrees? What is the problem/outcome?

I have oyster shells, hydrated lime and calcium carbonate. If my pH is not within the 7.0-8.0 range should i mess with it or just see what happens?

Pasteurize at 150-160 for 90-120 minutes, never go over 170 or under 140.
8.4 is a little high, if you have oyster flour in it, it may go higher tomorrow.
Remember 7.5 is optimal.

I recommend against liming substrates. You would optimally have a pH around 6 to get nice rapid colonization. If you go a bit over temp on pasteurization, it won't hurt much. If the manure ends up getting sterilized, it will be slightly more prone to contamination unless you use a high spawn rate to achieve fast colonization.
I doubt the lime hurt, and 6.7 is still great. When you make the casing layer in a week or two, adjust to pH 8 to 8.5 at the start. RR

RR is right, don't pH adjust substrates only casing materials.
