I've got to go get myself some coffee. It looks so fucking shitty out - rainy and cold. Good for me, cause I've got a coat check shift tonight and it's a sold out show. Coat check is a funny thing, on the days when you have shifts you want the weather to be as absolutely shitty as possible.
I'm trying to switch from coffee to tea for a few reasons but can't seem to do it consistently. I'm tired of coffee staining my teeth. I think I'm gonna go the Earl Grey route today.

It's really windy here in addition to the rain. Sounds like some good coat checkin' weather
I could go for a solid snowstorm this year, though

Dude, this is the first January in the modern history of recording the weather here in NYC that there was no accumulated snowfall!

Earl Grey FTW!
I'm a shameless coffee addict though. That probably has something to do with the fact that my grandmother let me drink it black at the tender age of four. I've never quite been the same since

We got maybe a dusting a few times, no more than 2 inches yet though.
It's been cold enough to snow almost all winter, too.
I want to do some snowed in drinking/smoking!

Morning...it's cold up by Boston too, but no rain yet. Oh how I love taking the dog out in my pajamas when it's freezing.

Good 'morn. Looks pretty shitty out here on LI. Maybe some psychedelics could take the edge off for tn. I'm not complaining about the lack of snow, I wish it could just jump to late spring already. Fuck the winter.

It's windy and cold here, as well, but the rain stopped sometime during the night. It rained hard all night, though.
It's really good to see some of the older posters in here, again.
Good morning OMAR!

It just takes one to get the rest outta the woodwork! What always makes me smile is when someone like kosmic_charlie or kindkesey drops in a thread like this...just good to know folks like that are still reading even if they're not actively posting.

ahhh my morning consisted of classes being canceled due to snow and me sleeping in til 1 pm. However my profs threw a bunch of online assignments to do and it screwed my trip out of town this wkd. My friend was pretty pissed that i canceled on him but school comes first and i don't feel safe driving on wet roads when the sun goes down.

It's a snow day in Toronto! I spent the morning watching the snowfall in my jammies, downloading new music. I might not get dressed today.
