If you have carpet on the floor.... NO!!! Carpet houses all kinds of nasty little bugga's. I'd keep any tubs off of the floor. A small hepa filter on constantly wouldn't hurt either.

I've used plastic milk crates to get tubs off the floor .... air will also circulate around all six sides (if you are doing shotgun style FCs with the perlite).

What is "shotgun" style?
As of now my room temp is a steady 78.9F with 32%h As of now both FCs w/ perlite are 81.1F with 94%h
I've also added a fan type air filter to keep the air in the closed closet circulating, set to its lowest setting and the intake pulls from the FC's shelf, and the outtake goes up.
I've also noticed a 2-4 degree + with the lights kept on

Yes you can stack tubs, Also besides the carpet that room is nice. I like all those shelves on the wall Anyway I notice you don't have enough Perlite in the bottom of your Fruiting chambers. You need to add a few inches 3-5 of damp (drained) perlite. 30% humidity is way to low, what kind of hydrometer do you have ?
A shotgun terrarium is basically using those tubs with some holes drilled in it (1/8th inch holes), and then damp perlite for humidity. It doesn't look like you have any holes for FAE.

the closet humidity is 30%, the actual tubs are between 91-98% right now. I have 1 tub with 2" perlite. 1 with 1". Both tubs have above 90% humidity and avg temp of 79-81 so far.
the pic doesnt do this closet justice, there are even MORE shelfs to the far right of pic which you cannot see. thats where the air filter is sitting, moving filtered air thoughout the closet.

Reduce temp to 75F and run a small humidifier in the closet to bring the ambient up to 50%. RR

Will do, Ty.
I suppose this is to maintain a certain ambient humidity level to go along with all the 1/8 inch holes?
Tub drilled and filled.
Humidifier is next.

What about mold or anything from the moisture that leaks just a little under the FC?

I thank everyone up to this point for their opinions. My grow room seems to be ready for .. something to grow!
As for now I have a 3 day old pint of BRF nocc'd with the penis envy strain sitting in the inc. I did this as a "test" run prior to doing a main batch. I'll know how great my sterile tek was in time. After reading many many threads over the past 5 days I'm highly interested in using the rye seed/berry method, I like the idea of being able to innoc from jar to jar using a single colonized jar.
I'm actually considering doing the penington WBS tek but as of right now I'm not sure if all WBS are created equal, and can the WBS colonized jar be used to innoc other sterile jars as in the rye method?
I know I'll be doing casings, I have 4 shotgun style FC's setup, I was originaly slated to use BRF cakes but after much reading I'd like to begin with the rye or wbs tek.
I'll be using the ecuador strain.
So, I guess my goal now is to decide whether to just use BRF, order some rye seeds/berry (i know not to use the rye grass seed) or would most any WBS be okay provided I followed the WBS tek?
Any advice?

you can do that with brf jars as well.. I do it all the time... you just use sterile tweezers to take a chunk of mycelium from one jar to another one.. if you are sterile, then it will work.. rye is commonly used to spawn to coir, poop, straw, etc... its called bulk spawn... its very handy...

use the brf cakes, once they are fully colonized, as bulk spawn and mix it with coir or hpoo and straw or something... you just put the cakes in a ziplock, and break it up with your fingers, and use that to mix with your bulk substrate... that way you wont have to start all over...

I've decided to ue he bird seed tek. I have 6 jars PC'n now.
Once colonzed I can use that as a transfer also to inoc, correct?
(in a glove box for sure)

yes... you can do that... its just fungus.. where ever you set it, it will grow.. haha... you can transfer mycelium to and from any substrate that is used... its just that some get contaminated faster than others...

It's actually better to use a starilized cheese greater to grind up your cakes as it gives better inoculation points.
