If I do decide on going the pharm route, which would be a better choice for undergrad, chemistry major, or biochem major with nueroscience minor? I want to know which would prepare me better for whats ahead and which would give me a better chance for Pharm school acceptance?

If you want to be a pharmacist, you'll need a "PharmD" degree. Nowadays, a lot of these programs are integrated into undergraduate programs. If you get into one of these, its usually 6 years total.
It's a great job with a high starting pay (80-90kish). In my experience, most pharmacists like what they do, but hate the customer service aspect of their job. It seems like every single time I am in a pharmacy, some customer is yelling at the pharmacist because THEY don't know how their insurance works. Also, there doesn't seem to be a lot of mobility and job advancement. Considering the pay, most don't mind.
That is why I am planning on getting a PhD in pharmacology instead. Fuck dealing with customers.

I'm a Biochem. major and the best bet would be do what you want. With the Chem major you will take more Physical Chem which is very much like physics/calculus and Inorganic chem which is less useful for someone going to be working with people. Biochem works with exactly what it says, the biological aspects of chemistry. However, I also get to take classes that I feel more interested in as electives like:
* BI 474 Principles of Metabolism * BI 506 Recombinant DNA Technology * BI 509 Vertebrate Cell Biology * BI 515 Biophysical Chemistry * BI 535 Structural Biochemistry of Neurological Diseases * BI 556 Developmental Biology * BI 558 Neurogenetics * BI 570 Biology of the Nucleus * CH 564 Physical Methods in Biochemistry * CH 565 Chemical Biology: Nucleic Acids * CH 566 Bioinorganic Chemistry * CH 567 Chemical Biology: Structure and Function * CH 569 Chemical Biology: Enzyme Mechanisms * CH 570 Introduction to Biological Membranes * CH 582 Advanced Topics in Biochemistry * CH 588 Computational Biochemistry
Obviously, I have MCB, Genetics, Physics, and Calculus background too.

Chemical Engineering is a great major in terms of being in high demand.
Personally, I'm a zoology major. Was premed and still am but want to goto grad school for zoology and hopefully do some reproductive endocrinology research.
do a bunch of volunteering with different fields. Get into some research. They'll get you into what's goin on and may even save you from going into something you'll regret later.
stop thinking about that paycheck. It's nice, yeah, but do you just wanna goto work at some place you're alright at and make a decent living or work some place you love and get paid to do that?
