we will let you figure that out by yourself.
Wait deep southeast, Australia? Your seasons are backwards down there. What is it the middle of summer right now. Those beds need to be in the ground asap
-------------------- Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.

Sometimes you are helpful, but other times you are a dick. Is there a season for azures in the southeast USA?

You won't find any Azures in the south east no matter what time of the year it is. The climate is way too warm. Azures tend to fruit at about 10-15° Celsius and correct me if I'm wrong but I doubt it's getting that cold down there.
It's as if you're trying to find Cubes in Oregon. You won't! Concentrate on sub-tropical mushrooms and you'll definitely have more success!

No shit brother. I realize I am not going to start a batch of az that will quickly overtake the entire state and return annually until the end of time.
I was hoping, however, that there would be a short period of time, during one year, and one year only, that I could get one flush...one flush mind you, of azures...at least. I this possible where I live.
I guess tahoe was right....figure it out myself. I apologize and thank you Tahoe.
And 15 Celsius is like 60 Fahrenheit...wtf?

What's the "wtf" for??
Anyway, trying out yourself, is indeed the only way to know if it works or not. The reason for Azures and other wood lovers not to grow in the south states is the climate. If these mushrooms would grow there, they probably do it their selves. It's alway worth a shot, since this doesn't even cost much money, but don't expect too much!
Depending on where in the south you live, it could be possible to be successful, since some areas down there can get quiet cold, as I just saw.
Once again: Try it!
I wish you all the best for it
